Ian is one of the founding partners of One to One Interactive,
helping to launch the firm in 1997. As CEO, Ian brings more
than 10 years of strategic management and marketing experience to
One to One Interactive and is responsible for developing, in
partnership with his business partner Jeremi Karnell, the long-term
strategic vision. Ian oversees the day-to-day operations of
the company and is focused on growing One to One Interactive to be
one of the leading Internet marketing solutions firm in the United
States.
Prior to founding One to One Interactive, Ian served as
President of Cross-Internet Communications for 3 years. He began
his career in technology in 1993 at Cambridge Technology Group.
Jeremi co-founded One to One Interactive in 1997. During that
time, he has overseen the creation of the firm's marketing services
group and its position as an industry leader in online direct
response & brand marketing (focusing on Rich Media,
Broadband/iTV, Mobile, E-Mail, and Consumer Generated Media
tactics). As President for One to One Interactive, Jeremi is
responsible for building a broad-based and highly effective
business development, marketing and public relations functions.
Jeremi is currently acting as the Managing Director of OTOinsights,
One to One’s research division focused on measuring engagement with
digital media using neuro-research methods.
Chris Heitmann serves as Executive Vice President of One to One
Interactive and also as General Manager of OTOlabs where he
oversees Business Development, Product Management, and Account
Services.
Chris joined One to One Interactive through the acquisition of
AdTools in 2006 where he was CEO. Chris co-founded AdTools in
1997 and managed the company's growth through several rounds of
financing, culminating in its sale to 550 DMV, a Sony Music Venture
Company in 2000. In 2002, AdTools returned to the
status of privately held via a management buyout.
Prior to forming AdTools, Chris founded Digital Marketing
Concepts, a consulting and technology group specializing in online
marketing and commerce, in 1995. Digital Marketing Concepts
developed innovative internet strategies and online presences.
Chris began his career as founder and CEO of Online Computer
Sales, a brick-and-mortar and online computer store, in 1990.
Online Computer Sales began selling PCs and computer equipment on
the internet in 1990, several years before the introduction of the
World Wide Web.
As CFO & COO of One to One, Michael is responsible for the
oversight of financial planning, reporting and analysis, accounting
operations, technology and information systems, human resources,
facilities and administration.
Michael brings 17 years of Finance and Operations experience to
One to One Interactive, the last ten years of which have been in
marketing communications firms and the past eight years in chief
financial positions. Prior to joining the firm, he held posts at
KHJ Public Relations and The Boston Group after serving as
Operations Director for Boston’s oldest performing arts presenting
organization.
Bill holds a Political Science degree from the University of
Michigan and an MBA from the University of Missouri. Prior to
joining One to One, Bill served as a Navy officer, including a tour
in support of Desert Storm, as a management consultant for
BearingPoint, and as a Program Director for CSC. Bill joined
One to One Interactive in 2000 as the Director of Program
Management and has held a variety of positions during his tenure at
One to One. Bill currently serves as the Managing Director
for OTOi, One to One's professional services division, and also
currently serves as the Chief Services Officer for the One to One
Interactive holding company.
Rob Rex serves on the executive committee of One to One
Interactive as an Executive Vice President. Rob also manages
OTOnetworks, a digital media company, where he oversees Product
Development, Partnerships and Account Services.
Prior to launching OTOnetworks in Q4 2006 Rob held several
positions within One to One Interactive, most recently running the
Marketing Services department where he expanded both One to One’s
digital marketing offerings and their list of top tier clients.
Under his leadership One to One’s marketing department was
recognized in several publications and received a number of awards,
including the MITX award for Acquisition Campaign of the Year.
