Overview
Reporting to the Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing of One to One Interactive, the Inside Sales Representative will generate sales, expand the client database, develop current relationships and generate leads. The ISR will be responsible for aggressively reviewing, following up and following through on all lead source material available with the objective to generate new clients. He/she must also follow established guidelines; obtain pertinent information and forward new opportunities through the appropriate system for assignment to other sales representatives. The ISR will work with Solution, Product, and Channel Sales personnel in inputting and reporting on opportunities via Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and independently deliver the OTO value proposition
- Prompt and effective follow up on all assigned leads & prospects.
- Entering all new contacts into the Sales Database with all required information.
- Updating Contact Records in the Sales Database with pertinent information received from phone calls, visits, etc. (enter every phone call generated or received)
- Updating Opportunity Records in the Sales Database with status and pertinent information of projects
- Supporting all practice leads and sales managers with pursuit efforts
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator to execute lead generation campaigns
Qualifications/Skills
- Prefer 4-year degree in business, computer science or other related field
- Strong cold calling skills
- Process and task oriented; very organized and diligent in territory/deal management
- Proficient with Salesforce.com
- Strong general sales skills
