Ian KarnellFounding Partner and CEO

Ian is one of the founding partners of One to One Interactive, helping to launch the firm in 1997.  As CEO, Ian brings more than 10 years of strategic management and marketing experience to One to One Interactive and is responsible for developing, in partnership with his business partner Jeremi Karnell, the long-term strategic vision.  Ian oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and is focused on growing One to One Interactive to be one of the leading Internet marketing solutions firm in the United States.

Jeremi KarnellFounding Partner and President

Jeremi co-founded One to One Interactive in 1997. During that time, he has overseen the creation of the firm’s marketing services group and its position as an industry leader in online direct response & brand marketing (focusing on Rich Media, Broadband/iTV, Mobile, E-Mail, and Social Web, and Neuromarketing Research tactics). As President for One to One Interactive, Jeremi is responsible for building a broad-based and highly effective business development, marketing and public relations functions.

Michael A. McCayChief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

As CFO & COO of One to One, Michael is responsible for the oversight of financial planning, reporting and analysis, accounting operations, technology and information systems, human resources, facilities and administration. Michael brings 17 years of Finance and Operations experience to One to One Interactive, the last ten years of which have been in marketing communications firms and the past eight years in chief financial positions. Prior to joining the firm, he held posts at KHJ Public Relations and The Boston Group after serving as Operations Director for Boston’s oldest performing arts presenting organization.

Bill HaeckChief Performance Officer

Bill holds a Political Science degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Missouri.  Prior to joining One to One, Bill served as a Navy officer, including a tour in support of Desert Storm, as a management consultant for BearingPoint, and as a Program Director for CSC.  Bill joined One to One Interactive in 2000 as the Director of Program Management and has held a variety of positions during his tenure at One to One.  Bill currently serves as the Managing Director for OTOi, One to One’s professional services division, and also currently serves as the Chief Services Officer for the One to One Interactive holding company.

Chris HeitmannExecutive Vice President and Managing Director, OTOlabs

Chris Heitmann serves as Executive Vice President of One to One Interactive and also as Managing Director of OTOlabs where he oversees Business Development, Product Management, and Account Services. Chris joined One to One Interactive through the acquisition of AdTools in 2006 where he was CEO.  Chris co-founded AdTools in 1997 and managed the company’s growth through several rounds of financing, culminating in its sale to 550 DMV, a Sony Music Venture Company in 2000.   In 2002, AdTools returned to the status of privately held via a management buyout.

Cindy StarrExecutive Vice President and Managing Director, OTOi

Cindy is an executive vice president at One to One Interactive and manages the company’s agency division, OTOi.  OTOi, an award-winning digital agency, delivers strategies, design and marketing programs that achieve clients’ goals by leveraging the continually evolving digital space.   Previously, Cindy was senior vice president of marketing services for One to One, where she led strategy and execution related to online media, search marketing, social media, email, and measurement and analytics.  <!–more–> Cindy now leads OTOi, the full-service agency division of One to One Interactive delivering strategies, design and marketing programs to drive success for clients in the continually evolving digital space. Services include strategic consulting, media planning, search marketing, website and application design, social media, CRM, email and measurement and analytics.

Client Roster Has Included
In her 15 years marketing products and services over the Internet, Cindy has led interactive strategy development in executive roles with Digitas and Arc Worldwide and served a wide range of business-to-consumer and business-to-business clients including Comcast, Rite Aid, The Home Depot, AARP, Behr Paint, Haagen-Dazs, HP, BEA Systems and Visa.  She has also established herself in the non-profit sector through her leading-edge work with OTO’s pro-bono client, the Make-A-Wish® Foundation.

Cindy has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob RexExecutive Vice President and Managing Director, OTOnetworks

Rob Rex serves on the executive committee of One to One Interactive as an Executive Vice President. Rob also manages OTOnetworks, a digital media company, where he oversees Product Development, Partnerships and Account Services.
