Usability Testing

We believe users are the best judges of how effectively a design satisfies their online requirements.  OTOi employs proven usability testing techniques as well as next generation technologies to provide real-world data.

  • Test Planning and Objective Definition – test plans are designed based on user needs, user segment, and business requirements
  • Usage Scenarios – testing configurations can include tasks and scenarios to test all aspects of the prototype
  • Prototype Development – a clickable prototype of the site wireframe is created to allow users to navigate through task completions
  • Execution, Facilitation, and Findings – a complete findings report is compiled at the conclusion of testing
