When requested, OTOi is ready and willing to provide on-site and remote access to our client’s infrastructure for the purposes of development or administration. We also travel as needed to complete major implementations, and we maintain constant contact with our client’s IT departments, working to help them ensure seamless project handovers and to establish guidelines and procedures for successful launches.
