One to One Interactive enters 2002 bucking the doom and gloom trend

2001 was a watershed year for One to One Interactive. While the
Internet Marketing sector as a whole suffered many bankruptcies and
layoffs, One To One Interactive flourished, and is still bucking
the doom and gloom trend as it enters 2002.
Maintaining profitability while experiencing over
85% growth, the firm owes its success to its strong focus on
Fortune 1000 clients, hiring and retaining the best talent, and
employing a proprietary eCRM marketing process that yields tangible
business results for its clients.
New Clients
In 2001, One To One Interactive added two new
clients to its portfolio:
PNC
Bank and
The Hartford. Both engagements involved One To
One Interactive's assistance in drafting the companies' first
Internet Marketing strategies. Furthermore, the firm experienced
program expansions within their existing client relationships with
State Street, Motorola iDEN, Nextel Communications and Unisys.
New Digs
On June 27th, One To One Interactive moved into its
new state-of-the art office on 500 Harrison Avenue, in Boston's
SOWA District. With over 30,000 square feet of brick and beam
space, the new location sports four conference rooms, seven open
collaboration spaces,

- Fitzgerald Communications:
In Q4 of 2001, Fitzgerald Communications was named One To One
Interactive's Public Relations Agency of Record. Their charge in
2002 will be to assist One To One Interactive with submitting
client work for awards/recognition, securing speaking
opportunities for the firm's clients and key staff, and
organizing interviews with the appropriate media and industry
influencers. Their client list entails such firms as: TRUSTe,
VerticalNet, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Texas
Instruments.
- iMakeNews:
iMakeNews, the country's leading provider of E-Newsletter
Management technology, and One To One Interactive have signed an
initial agreement that would allow One To One to offer iMakeNews'
cutting edge E-Newsletter technology to their customers via an
ASP model in 2002. Highlights of the Newsletter system include
third party content syndication, automated subscription
management, e-newsletter archiving/cross linking and an online
web reporting interface.
- Mediavisor:
DoubleClickâs Mediavisor will provide to One To One
Interactive an online media management platform that will
standardize the distribution, collection and archiving of media
RFPs. Furthermore, the system will help version control client
Insertion Orders and automatically upload traffic instructions
detailed in IOs into DoubleClicks Dart Ad Server.
New Digital Embassies
- One To One Interactive Web Site
On January 2nd, 2002, One To One Interactive launched a new
Website. This site contains content around the firm's expanded
service offerings, new client case studies, event calendar,
updated Privacy Policy and news/announcements. The site uses
Flash 5.0 extensively and takes advantage of Macromedia's Flash
Generator to dynamically update content.
- One To One Interactive eNewsletter (
One To One Insider)
Starting in January 2002, One To One Interactive will select a
group of internal staff and client partners to become exclusive
charter members of the One to One Insider. This private monthly
newsletter will cover Internet Marketing news and events, as well
as emerging industry topics and trends. It will also present
useful case studies, discussion threads, surveys and more. Edited
by One to One's Chief Marketing Officer, Jeremi Karnell, with
articles written by senior One to One Staff and industry experts,
this newsletter is positioned to be an important resource,
helping the firm's clients to make better Internet Marketing
decisions.
