One to One's VP of Program Management serves as OPM3's new Deputy Program Manager

Bill Haeck, VP of Program Management for One to One Interactive,
has been selected as the new Deputy Program Manager to lead the
Program Management Institute's Organizational Project Management
Maturity Model Program (OPM3). The vision of the program is to
"create a widely and enthusiastically endorsed maturity model
recognized worldwide as the standard for developing and assessing
project management capabilities within any organization."
Over the past year, Haeck has been working on the
OPM3 Research Team, first as an alpha tester and then as the
coordinator for identifying, selecting, and communicating with the
prospective beta testers. In his role as deputy, Bill will be
assisting Ralf Friedrich, OPM3 Program Manager, in administering
the day-to-day execution duties of the Program.
