One to One adds staff in advisory services and sales

One to One Interactive is pleased to announce two new additions to
the firm in both Advisory Services and Corporate Sales.
Alicia Arnold joins One to One Interactive as an Interactive
Marketing Advisor with responsibility for Capella University and
will oversee the strategic direction of the account as well as
manage Capella’s overall portfolio of business. Before One to One,
Alicia served as Director of Interactive Marketing for Fidelity
Investments and as an Account Manager at AnswerThink for IBM,
Unilever, and Lipton Tea. Alicia has an MBA from Bentley and has
also served as Adjunct Faculty at Emerson College and as an Online
Facilitator with University of Phoenix, responsible for teaching
graduate-level Integrated Marketing courses. Alicia will report to
Chet Geschickter, VP of Advisory Services at One to One.
Kelman Dow joins One to One as a VP of Business Development and
will be working out of a satellite office in Chicago, IL. Kelman
will support the firm’s new business efforts, paying particular
attention to the CPG, automotive, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to One to One, Kelman served as Senior Business Development
Director at Semaphore Partners, Agency.com, and MarchFIRST. Kelman
has a B.S. in business from Bath College, U.K. He will report
directly to Ian Karnell, founding partner and President of One to
One.
