One to One Interactive announces corporate restructuring

Merges with Arcavista to create digital marketing powerhouse
One to One Interactive, a leading provider of digital marketing
professional services, today announced it has merged with Arcavista
Corporation. The agreement has resulted in a major corporate
restructuring for One to One Interactive. The new company will
remain as One to One Interactive, located at its current
headquarters in Charlestown, MA.
The well-known executive team remains the same with Ian Karnell
as Chief Executive Officer; Jeremi Karnell, President; Michael
McCay, Chief Financial Officer and COO; and Bill Haeck, Chief
Services Officer.

One to One Interactive plans to integrate Arcavista's desktop
and mobile content distribution technology into its current service
offerings, affording its clients to take advantage of next
generation branded one-to-one digital communications beyond the
browser.
