One to One Interactive and the Design and Usability Center at Bentley College Form Partnership Focused on Enhancing the Online Customer Experience

Interactive (OTO), a nationally ranked digital marketing services

partnered with Bentley College Design and Usability Center for
a variety of projects including prospective customer research for
clients and website redesign and effectiveness.
The Design & Usability Center at Bentley is a research,
design, and testing organization. Their mission is to help clients
improve the usability of technology products and enhance the
quality of the end-user experience. To further that end, the center
focuses its efforts and expertise on the high value aspects of the

The Bentley Usability Center/One to One partnership is the ideal

the initial research is complete, Bentley then passes its findings
along to One to One for a website redesign, focusing on customer
