One to One Interactive and the Design and Usability Center at Bentley College Form Partnership Focused on Enhancing the Online Customer Experience

The Design & Usability Center at Bentley is a research, design, and testing organization. Their mission is to help clients improve the usability of technology products and enhance the quality of the end-user experience. To further that end, the center focuses its efforts and expertise on the high value aspects of the user experience that most significantly affect profitability and user satisfaction. The Bentley Usability Center/One to One partnership is the ideal solution for clients that want to know more about their prospective customers before implementing a website or brand awareness campaign.
