Bill Haeck Appointed Managing Director of OTOi

Boston, MA – One to One Interactive and OTOi have jointly
announced that William (Bill) Haeck has been promoted to Managing
Director of OTOi, One to One Interactive's Professional Services
Division. Mr. Haeck will be responsible for devising OTOi's overall
vision and strategy, managing division P&L, as well as
providing leadership and support to the entire OTOi staff.

Since joining One to One in 2000 as Director of Program
Management, Mr. Haeck has held a variety of positions within the
agency. He will continue to hold his current position of Chief
Services Officer alongside his new position as Managing Director,
OTOi.

Mr. Haeck holds a Political Science degree from the
University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Missouri.
Prior to joining One to One Interactive, Bill was a Navy officer
who was deployed as part of Desert Storm, a management consultant
for Bearing Point, and a Program Director for Computer Science
Corporation (CSC).
