Our technical staff works closely with many of our client’s IT and EIS teams to help build and maintain their websites, online applications and community portals. We have worked dilligently to establish trust with our clients, and pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships over extended periods of time.  When requested, we are ready and willing to provide on-site and remote access to our client's infrastructure for the purposes of development or administration.  We travel onsite as needed to complete major changes, and are in constant contact with the IT department, working within them to help establish guidelines and procedures for successful launches as well as ensuring a smooth handover.

Our cross-functional team has significant experience working with internal and third party hosting solutions, and we have at least one staff member on call at all times, 24/7, with total access to all One to One and approved client environments in case of an emergency.
